To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lickicious shall not be responsible for indirect damages, losses caused by misuse of our products, third-party or courier delays, website interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the purchase value of the product involved in the claim.
