Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are processed on business working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or holiday will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and local conditions such as weather.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and package dimensions. Orders valued at 500 or above qualify for free shipping, where applicable.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we work with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or courier delays. We will keep you informed if we become aware of such a delay affecting your order.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Order Cancellations
